“Somewhat disappointed in this batch I just bought. Thick and leathery with much less flavor than previously. Hotness is not there either. Did something happen? Is this from a third party source? Your previous batches were excellent. This one not so much. How do I avoid this without having to check out alternative sources? Please advise.”

“Was a little disappointed in the the spice level. Was not hot at all. But I did like the way it came packaged. Probably won't order this box again. For the price and not happy with the hot level.”

“You also need to sell the x hot or a mixture of hot and x hot. Some of us like it really spicy. The hot aren't always spicy enough. I grew up in Colorado, New Mexico area and really miss the extra kick they provide. Live in Florida now and they don't even know what green chili is. You tell them about it and they give you a blank stare”
