I ordered 5 lbs of hot roasted and peeled. They are perfect. Clean, meaty and great heat. I sub them in for jalapeño in my sourdough bread.

The chili arrived as expected and was packed well so it remained frozen. The chili is absolutely awesome! The flavor is good and it’s hot as I was hoping it would be. The chilies are thick and meaty. I will order again when I run out. Thanks

Hi Laura, I'm so sorry the chile wasn't as hot as expected. We did have a milder crop this year, as is noted on the product page. When you are preparing the chile are you ensuring you leave as much of the veins in as possible? Often people will remove the seeds at the top of the pods and remove a large amount of the veins along with it. All of the heat is going to be in the veins of the chile. Best, Saul
