“I ordered these pre-roasted chilis because I LOVE Hatch Chiles, but as a busy mom roasting and peeling can sometimes be time consuming. These chilies had so much flavor & such a perfect texture. I’m ordering some for my mom for Mother’s Day & ordering myself more as well. They were packaged wonderfully and delivered fairly quickly. I got medium heat, but they weren’t spicy, I will probably order hot next time. I’ve made a beautiful chile verde and a yummy chile relleno casserole. Delish!”

“I was raised on hatch chile and so when I moved to Kansas city Missouri I needed to get it sent to me and I love it .it is # 1 in my book and I will always love hatch thank you”

“I'm from Colorado and relocated to Michigan - NO CHILE to be found out here. Hatch Chile Store saved the day! I ordered 5 lbs frozen, roasted, whole green chile and it is ABSOLUTELY amazing. I highly recommend this company. I will be a repeat customer since I can no longer go down the street and find it freshly roasted. Next season, I will order fresh chile shipped to me and roast it myself here at home. But in a pinch - frozen was the next best thing. Thank you Hatch Chile Store Just a Colorado Girl living in Michigan”

“Already roasted and peeled chilis weee wonderful. Put them in enchiladas this week and soup before that. Nice spice and delicious.”
