“These green Chile arrived quickly, packed in dry ice and frozen hard, I live in Florida so I was concerned they would arrive frozen. They are delicious and I will be ordering more. Add them on top of pizza, soups, and roast anywhere you want to add flavor.”

“your emails do not have "hatch green chili" and I had not a clue who was sending the email the my order will arrive. I thought it was scammers.”

Hi Glenda, Thank you for providing feedback about your order! Have you roasted and peeled the chile already? Are you de-veining them or something along the lines of that? All of the pod's heat will be in the vein (the fleshy structure that runs up the pod's side), and this should never be removed. Unfortunately, many people accidentally remove a large portion of the vein when de-seeding the pod. - The Hatch Chile Store

“I was pleased with the Roasted Hatch Green whole Mecium Chiles . They were a great size and had a good fleshy body ! I was though disappointed with the Medium flavor , lacked any suggestion of heat , and would have to me, been better described as Mild . I would probably order again and try the Hot instead . We are formerly, from El Paso and feel like we know our green Chile pretty well . Sincerely Susan Diaz”
