“This company seems to do everything within its power to respect the product itself, the sense of place for the region’s reputation and the commitment to service fulfillment. I wholeheartedly endorse this company. As a person who has personally failed at properly roasting my own, the finished product processing and packaging are spot on. I am an AZ desert kid, now 65 and living in Southern AL. Sonoran style Mexican food does not exist, especially green chili. Now I have my survival kit. Heading to the store for a pork butt.”

“I love purchasing from the Hatch Chile Store! I am always pleased with my purchase. Even though I live in Alabama, the chile is frozen and in perfect condition when it arrives. The taste is amazing and I get sad when I pull the last pound out of the freezer! Thank you!!”
