“I made my first batch of chiles, it had no favor? Very little favor. Did not have that New Mexico chile excitement. Other times my chile is a WOW! Disappointed Maybe your Hot is the new medium.”

“These are delicious roasted chiles. They are packaged nicely and have stems intact, if you want to stuff them in the traditional style. I was a little surprised that they were much milder than I expected from a "medium heat" chile, but that is very subjective. I will order hot next time.”

“If you are missing authentic New Mexico green chili, order from the Hatch Chile Store. There is no substitution for green chile grown in New Mexico - none. The chiles were fresh and perfectly roasted. It has brought us great joy to cook with authentic green chili. We have made delicious stews, salsas, pasta dishes, and added chiles to beans and omelets. In addition, I was impressed with the packing, environmentally friendly and the chilis were frozen.”
