“The flavor of NM! Nostalgic for my old home, and the fragrance of roasting a sack outside Albertsons, I instantly made Green chili stew. They arrived packed very well on dry ice insude an insulated box. Full stars from me.”

“It's tasty, but I think the medium is more like the mild I'm used to. Used to live in NM and bought from vendors roasting on the side of the road. Next time, maybe I need to buy some medium and some hot. Excellent, resealable packages and they were delivered in good time, with dry ice perfectly in tact, even in the Florida heat.”

“We were happy to have the chili and it was very good. My folks were from The San Luis Valley in Colorado and many of my cousins still live there - so we aren’t strangers to Hatch Chili, however I missed the smell of the Roast and we always put the chili up with Garlic and Garlic Salt - so this was different tasting at first but then I fixed it the way my family likes it and we were all pleased. One good thing is that you all started selling to Rouses grocery store here in Lafayette Louisiana, so I never have to miss the smell of roasted chili peppers ever again! God Bless y’all and keep up the good work!”
