“I just prepared my first batch of green Chile sauce and it was delicious! Just enough heat not to overpower the fresh taste of the chiles. I love the way the chiles are packaged in batch sized bags. The chiles are large and easy to de-stem and seed.”

“Fabulous! We’ll packed. Love the 5 separate zip lock bags. I used my first last night to make Pork Green chili. This was my first effort at it and I liked it as well or better than any I had ever had. Great quality product and easy to use.”
