“These are very tasty chiles, well packed, delivered on dry ice. Only one of the bags was thawed, the rest were still frozen. I have ordered from Hatch for years, and I have been really pleased. These green chiles make the best green chile sauce that money can buy. A real treat (especially since we moved from the southwest to the east - you can't buy them in the east). If you are ordering some from the 2020 batch, they are super super mild. (My rating would be very good, except they should have been labeled mild) We ordered the medium-hot (which usually sizzles), but this year they were as mild as a kitten's breath. Very little spice at all. We will most likely buy the bottled green chile (to heat it up), which runs super hot. Or, we may have to re-order with really hot chiles to even it out.”

“I have been to Hatch and bought the fresh roasted chiles....and I have bought and roasted my own when I lived in Colorado. Now I live in California and I miss the chiles of Colorado. the taste and texture; the festivities and the anticipation. I just ordered the BIG JIM 5# bag and I will break it into smaller portions for all my wonderful green chile dishes.....can't wait. Nothing beats the smell of those turning roasters in the fall air.”

“Your Hatch Green Chiles are amazing and we've been able to produce the best sauces, burritos, and chile rellenos. This is extremely convenient for us. We used to live in the southwest U.S., but we have lived in NY and in Florida, and there is only ONE way to get the flavor back... order from The Hatch Chile store! Thanks for saving us!”

“My niece, in Harbor City, CA, asked for a repeat shipment of Hatch Green Chile, like I sent to her last year. She said "they love it and don't have anything in CA that comes close." I have enjoyed the the Chile from Hatch since I move to NM 33 years ago. Guess it was time to "share the wealth." Positive results from west of us.”

“My husband is from CO and grew up with Hatch Chile on their table at dinner time,,,and breakfast...and lunch. We used to order from another company that has since stopped selling A friend recommended this company so we tried it. Oh wow, we are so happy we did. Received our first order this week, 5 lb of chopped and 5 lb of whole....we are both delighted about the taste, the roast, the quick shipping time and how they add "happy" to our home. We are staying with you all the way. The chili is just the right degree of heat for us and upgrade every dish we add them to. I look forward to my breakfast, lunch and dinner so much just to taste the chile hat I add to them all. I am on a Keto diet and with only 18 calories and a total of 5 carbs for each pepper, they fit right in. They are worth every single count and more!”
