“I ordered Medium Roasted and received chilie that had absolutely no spice. I would not even consider it low heat. Really did not have any flavor as well. Very disappointing, especially considering the $85 spent.”

Hi Emily, Since "flavor" is an extremely suggestive term here, we are at a loss as to what to do. Are you de-veining them or something along the lines of that? All of the heat in the pods will be in the vein (the fleshy structure which runs up the side of the pod) and this should never be removed. Unfortunately, the entire 2019 crop ran on the milder side. “When I got this I made breakfast eggs casserole with roasted green chilli in it It taste so good wow this Casseroles I 've made was my first time really good With cheese and roasted pod with scramble eggs made it in to casserole. I will buy more from you yes it's so perfectly. Can I order more in the future from you? Let me know if you did see picture I did try get it photo spot for you to see what I made. Thank you.
