“Many years ago, I used to live near Hatch, NM. I still remember the delicious aroma of barbeque grills in my neighborhood roasting freshly picked Hatch chiles. Now I get to enjoy the wonderful taste of these chiles once again. Thanks, Hatch Chile Store!”

“The order arrived still frozen and on schedule. We just had a green chile cheeseburger for supper with an Amber Ale. The medium chiles were a little milder than normal but had excellent flavor and meatyness. I would recommend them for the Hatch flavor!”

“They look great although we were on a boat the day they arrived. Packaging was great they were still cold. Haven’t tried them yet. Put them right in the freezer. We have ordered big Jim’s in the past and they were great made some great green chicken posole”
