“Dear Hatch Chile Family, I lived in Las Cruces for twenty+ years, and recently moved to the West Coast of Florida. Loved living in Las Cruces, but wanted to see the water again. What I continue to miss most since leaving Las Cruces is all of the wonderful eateries in town like; Andele's, The Shed, Habanero's, and the amazing ambience of LaPosta, and of course Hatch Chile, I tell everyone that Hatch NM is the chile capital of the world!! We thoroughly are enjoying the Joe Parker green chile, and will be placing another order soon. We have been putting the chile on everything we eat. I just recently placed an order for one of my customer's to enjoy, and shared your website with them. New Mexico Mexican food is not like Mexican food anywhere else in the world. It's in a caliber all of it's own, and so greatly missed!! Thank you for your wonderful service, the order was delivered promptly and still frozen.
