“The chiles arrived frozen solid and beautifully individually packaged in 1 pound packages. They were great! Only request would be if was possible to package without the styrofoam cooler. I know this is how you're able to ensure their quality and it was fantastic! It was as if I'd just taken them out of my freezer, if not colder! It's just that styrofoam cannot be recycled and just ends up in the landfill. Wonderful product!”

“The chiles are great, but the site is not altogether clear about the choice between whole chiles and chopped, The "chopped vs peeled" toggle is in the "add to cart" page and is confusing ("peeled" means "whole" and appears to be the default choice). It is also easily missed on Mobile. Make sure you order carefully - at $18 lb with no returns, you get what you get.”
