“Absolutely delicious- exactly what this New Mexico transplant needed for a cold New England Thanksgiving! The med-hot heat was spot on - enough to get my nose running but not hot enough to bring tears to my eyes (very civilized). “I’ve been a customer for many years and never been disappointed. This year I bought frozen whole roasted. My only concern is that the delivery date got changed several times. Not their fault, totally due to the weather but somewhat disconcerting because I’d planned a big party around the Big Jim’s. Fortunately they arrived just in time. Next year I’ll probably do fresh again control the roasting process myself.”

“My dad is a native of New Mexico in St Louis for 60 years every year we've been to New Mexico to pick up green chile and visit relatives this is the first year we did not make it he did not know what he was going to do without his green chili one day the door bell rang a box was left he called me at work i told him to open it he yells out fresh green chili he was like a 5 year old on Chistmas a few weeks later another box it was roasted peeled. chopped green chili you would have thought it was his 5th birthday but at 84 years old he still loves his hatch chili.”
