“Ordered the medium/hot Big Jim’s roasted and packed in one lb packages. Even though the box was on my porch all day they were still completely frozen when i unpacked them. Perfect size and so very good! Full of flavor and just the right heat for me. Will continue to get my chiles from Hatch now!!”

“We moved from NM years ago, and really missed being able to access to fresh hatch chilies. We have been using the Hatch Chilie store for a couple of years now, the Big Jim chilie is our favorite, good heat but not overwhelming, having them already roasted and peeled is awesome, you guys are the best.”

“I ordered both the Big Jim and Sandia varieties. Both are delicious. Heat is so subjective so I'm cautious in making a recommendation but for me, in the future, I'll be ordering just the Sandia. It isn't so hot that I'd really need the Big Jim for some recipes, but it has the heat I'd prefer.”
