“Excellent chile taste with the right amount of heat (in my opinion). Retains enough of the smoky taste from the roasting process that enhances the flavor of everything you put it in. Reminds me of the real NM chile taste that I miss so much. The chiles are whole but de-skinned so preparation is easy and quick. These are well worth the cost for authentic NM taste. I live on the east coast and two day shipping works very well for me even in mid-summer.”

“These are perfect! Great flavor and nicely packaged. Thank you so much for the online store. We recently moved to Texas so I was not looking forward to driving and packing it in a hotel. Little more expensive this was but to a NM girl, it is so worth it! Plus I don't have to peel it or pack it.”
