“An absolutely great chile. I bought the whole chile's so I could adjust the heat with the seeds. It wasn't as hot as I expected or maybe it was the great flavor and I didn't notice the heat very much. After making an incredibly good omelette I made some taco's and left all the seeds in. Excellent chile and service from this company.”

“My order took only a couple of days to reach me in Florida. It arrived packed in dry ice and styroform,> I just popped it into the freezer, and removed portions as needed. I make salsa out of it to eat with burritos. Yum!!”

“Hatch Chile so good the best flavor ever. I make chile renelleno casserole and everyone wants to know the secret Why is mine so much more flavorful and to die for. Tell everyone Hatch Chili. My family loves it. I am so glad I can buy in stores in season in Calif now never could in the past.”
