“Wonderful Chile's, easy to order, timely execution of order and delivery! Only complaint is I wanted medium and they pushed me to medium hot saying medium we're really mild. But the medium hot are hotter than I prefer!!!”

“This is a difficult review to write. The Hatch chilis I received were perfect, the shipping materials excellent for the job. My only complaint is that 5lbs of chilis for 70+ dollars is spectacularly more than I am willing to pay in the future. Should your finances allow you to indulge, then you will be in for a treat. I am reduced to roasting my own poblanos. thanks”

“The best thing I can say to review these chiles is that they are authentic. Authentic flavour, authentic heat levels, authentic New Mex chiles. If you want toe experience again, or for the first time, what this variety of NuMex chiles are, then buy these without reservation. I really appreciate extra care and customer service by HCS throughout the ordering and delivery process. My favorite use is for my version of New Mexico Green Chile Stew, and because I use about a 2 or 3 - 1 ratio (pre-roasted weight) of chiles to pork, and the mass of chiles combines to increase the heat experienced by diners, I usually look for Joe E. Parker and Big Jim varieties. But the uses for these chiles is limited only by your imagination. They are especially good to stuff, as the pod can grow large. Joe”
