“I'm from El Paso and grew up on Hatch chilies. Since moving to California 30 years ago, Hatch chilies and Dr. Pepper were the two things I missed the most. (Dr. Pepper finial started seling some years ago, but not Hatch Chilies). Hatch chilies are THE best chilies in the world. none like them. Very special flavor. They make the best Chili Rellanos.”

“Zero heat, milder than a green bell pepper! I am rating two stars because they arrived fully frozen and were nicely packaged. The price was super high but I was willing to pay so I could get high quality Hatch peppers. I have no idea why these papers, labeled medium, were completely bland but it's really disappointing.”

“I lived in Albuquerque and Moriarty for several years and always bought a burlap sack (or 2!) every year and love the best chilies in the World that come from the Hatch region and yours is by far the top of the line chilies. Love them!!!!”

“I was able to whip up a Chile Relleno casserole in no time with the roasted Hatch green chiles. Saved me the hassle of roasting and peeling the chiles myself and it was delicious!”
