“The Chile itself is AWESOME. I love getting my chile roasted, peeled and frozen. I use to order at least 10 big burlap bags of this and then roasted it and peeled it with my family. It was a tradition. However, all my kids are grown and do their own now, so I don't need more than 5 pounds a month. My one complaint is that I have an ongoing order for every month and some months it hasn't gone through. If I call, I always get it but I think the computer system might need upgrading so that my order goes through each month.”
