“Ordered the pre-roasted / peeled chiles. Saved so much roasting and peeling them myself. Simply thaw and use as much as needed. They even come in a resealable bag. Very delicious too!”

“I think the spice level is good and you can taste the vitamin-C. Packaged chiles (usually canned) can have that aftertaste I call "metal-diaper-mayonnaise", and this does not. Represents good quality control. I have a few oddities around opened foods, so maybe smaller packages with a very minimal price increase would be good.”
