“We have ordered the fresh green chilies in the past but this time we opted for the roasted ones. I couldn't be happier. They are ready to go in any recipe without first roasting ourselves, which is time consuming and messy. We will definitely order again.”

“The green chili arrived frozen in packages of 12. Next time I make rellenos I will leave in a few more seeds so the chili is a bit hotter. I am very pleased and a NM will be able to survive living on the east coast having chili to spice up her life. Thanks!”
