“Big Jims are my absolute favorite as they are just the perfect heat for me and mine. They are also larger than most of the other brands and full of green chile. I grew up with these and am so blessed that they can now be shipped and the work is done for me. What a great company. I have ordered the red as well and will do so again because I use them for a ristra and then harvest for red chile to last me throughout the splinter. Thank you for your efficient processing, delivery and especially taste!”

“There were difficulties with delivery. I was twice told mistakenly told the chile would arrive on a given day. When it did finally arrive, although I used the two-day shipping, a good half of it was defrosted.”

Hi Scott, I'm sorry your experience was less than ideal. It looks like there was some issue either with dry ice or what we'd pulled out of cold storage for the week we shipped your order. That being said, it looks like you did opt for the non-guaranteed "Ground" shipped at checkout, not 2-Day Air. We've actually just signed a deal with a new warehouse in Reno and orders shipped ground to your area will no longer take 3 days to arrive. They should be delivered either overnight or in 2 days. If you had any spoilage in the first shipment, please let us know and we will replace it for you. Best, Preston
