“Rarely get a hot bite. Be sure to choose the 2 day option for shipping. I screwed up and accidentally used the default ground shipping selection and the chile arrived completely thawed. What a mess!”

Hi Randy, We actually have a note on the Medium-Hot which states that you should order hot if you want a good bite. 2016 Medium-Hot ran a hair mild. Thanks, Preston
