“I liked the flavor and heat of these peppers. Have been eating hatch chili products for years even have family members that have lived in Hatch at one time. I was disappointed in the size and thickness of the flesh of the peppers. I am use to Big jims well being big peppers. These were all on the small size and flesh was almost too thin to stuff. I was double wrapping them to give my rellenos some body. Shipment arrived quickly and very well packaged”
