“Ordered medium Chile, but it’s mild or has no taste so I’m very disappointed with the medium I bought. If you like NM green Chile with a little bang, the medium is not the answer; it is not medium it is less than mild. Just wasted my $$$.”

“Got to say, buying them pre-roasted is the way to go, for me. So convenient. Plus so much better than my own attempts at grilling and peeling, they’re in good shape for stuffing or deep frying.”

“I ordered 5lbs of roasted and peeled chilies. When I received them the dry ice was gone and the chili was all thawed. I notified Hatch and was immediately sent a replacement shipment at no charge! What an amazing company to deal with! Kudos to HATCH. Barbara Hall”

“I miss New Mexico, El Paso I grew up ate Chili Dinners of all kinds. Use to work as a nurse drove to Hatch to buy Chiles. Very good to cook with . I have several receipts of Spanish meals from my moms friend from Juarez Mexico back in 1964. Good Job Hatch N.M.”
