“My first time ordering and I love them. I've made a chili relleno casserole, and hatch chili enchiladas. I love the medium-hot because I can control the heat by taking out some seeds. I will order again.”

“The chiles came in great easy to use packaging and were still fresh when arrived via shipping. They were tasty out of the box and I made some green chile stew a few days later. I had previously substituted anaheim chiles for the hatch green chiles but the hatch chiles tasted amazing! Would definitely recommend the hotter version as this didn't have as much of a kick as I would have expected.”
