“All five 1 lb packs came in perfectly and still frozen. We have not cooked with the new chile yet and feel bad but it came right before thanksgiving and didn't use it in any recipes. Going to make tamales this weekend and planned to use the chile for them. Thanks again.”

“I was so happy to receive my first shipment of chili!! It arrived on time - still completely frozen! When I thawed out the first bag (immediately) and tasted them - I was in HEAVEN!! They were the perfect heat for me and tasted delicious!! I could smell the scent of roasting coming from the bag!! I'm looking forward to my next shipment already!! Thank you for shipping to Idaho - it is so nice to be able to get them since I don't live in New Mexico anymore!!”
