“Because I was on vacation, I wasn't able to get to my local store in California to pick up my green chiles. Sometimes I'm lucky enough to get the Big Jims from my tia in Santa Fe. But this year, I ordered from here. I just arrived to find my little box in the freezer. I opened up my first medium, hot chiles to have with my breakfast. Boy, am I super disappointed. Maybe it's this one bag, but the chiles have zero taste, less than a green pepper and they are mild mild mild- not even a speck of picante. So sad and honestly, with the value, I probably would never order again unless you could convince me otherwise. I promise, if the other bags are different, I will post, but then again the value will still be rated poor. I had so much hope for the winter season.”

“Chiles arrived frozen solid. No thawing whatsoever. We've cooked with them twice this week already and the flavor is fantastic. The Big Jims, in my opinion have the perfect blend of heat and flavor. Will order again. Great company and customer service.”

“The chile arrived in perfect condition. The taste was fantastic! The heat on this chile was just right. The previous order of medium was not hot enough. I suggest Hatch offer a variety pack so you can try each level of heat. This will help customers find that perfect heat for them.”
