“Had to wait for the outcome of our Hatch's Green Chili Stew cooked over the weekend and all I can say is, WOW! The Big Jim's had a wonderful, slow heat, but not too hot that made this recipe of ours mucho great. The chilis are large and peeled, making them easy to prepare. Well worth the price. Will definitely be ordering again!”

“For several years I have sent Big Jim mediums to my son for his birthday. I have enjoyed them when I visited him in Seattle. This year I decided to give myself a present and orderedBig Jim medium-hot roasted for me. Oh, yum, they are every bit as wonderful as I remember. I can buy all sorts of fresh peppers at the local farmer's market, but they do not compare on flavor or quality to those from The Hatch Chili Store. I am learning new ways to prepare them and enjoy the adventure. I understand why my son always says, "Mom, you send the best birthday gift." Who knows? Maybe next year I'll order HOT for both of us.”
