“To begin, just opening the shipping box was worth $10.00 to smell that Hatch green chile again. The shipment was late getting here, due to the bad weather, but the chile was still cold and delicious. Without a doubt, its the best green in the world.It would be so nice to afford a standing orderer 5# every 3 months. I'm looking forward to ordering some dried red chile pods from this years crop around the first of the year if possible. Your product quality is unbeatable as far as I'm concerned. “Chili arrived quickly just as ordered- firmly frozen and ready for my freezer. The price was right, and buying already roasted and peeled makes it so easy. So happy the Hatch Chili store can get me my fix of 'real' green chile to California! I can't wait to taste it.”

“I got the medium-hot and also the mild whole roasted chiles. I loved that they arrived still frozen, are in bags that are conveniently proportioned for my recipes, and I also love the quality and texture. The chiles are easy to use, and best of all, most of the work has been done for me! I started cooking with green chile after a long-time friend moved to New Mexico and started sharing recipes with me and bringing chiles to me when he visited. I love having bags of chiles in my freezer ready to use! the price seems reasonable given the distance, that I don't have to grow my own and that they are roasted and peeled and ready for me to use!”

“I really liked the service and the shipping. do you have any other kind of green chile other then big jim ? I was born and raised in Santa Fe, and the family really didn't care for the big jim chiles they never really had much taste like the smaller chiles. I don't remember the name of them but I do remember that they were very tasteful. If you do have anything like that please let me know and I would love to order some . Thank You Tony”

“Received these chiles partially frozen and in perfect condition. The medium-hot roasted have a delicious hatch chile flavor and they are not hot -- just a delicious flavor with a slight bit of heat. I made a batch of green chile stew and used a one pound package (including the seeds) and my family loved it. These chiles are a great value for the money -- mostly because they are the real deal!!”
