“This was the first time I've ordered roasted chile and I wasn't sure I'd like it since I love the smell of roasting my own. I'm definitely hooked! The whole peeled chiles were absolutely perfect. The chopped chiles had no seeds or peels. I was very happy with my order. Great packaging and excellent quality so I signed up for bi-monthly delivery of whole and chopped chiles. Green chile subscriptions, such a great idea!”

“I've been getting Hatch Chile for years. I've flown from California to New Mexico, bought freshly roasted Chile home in a box on the airplane, bought fresh bags of unroasrtew and roasted and peeled with my kids. I am 68 years old now and my kids all get their own Chile from Hatch. Ordering a subscription for Chile that is roasted and peeled, frozen and delivered once a month is better than Christmas. The flavor is delicious and the quality of the highest standard. It comes frozen and I just pop it in the freezer. It's Chile time here always! Thank you, Hatch! You can't get Chile like this anywhere but from Hatch in New Mexico. Best Buy for your money!”

“The enterprise sent old mature chiles from last year crop as hey were all yellow. When trying to give feedback to their afternoon clerk, the latter was an immature belligerent clerk. I clearly told her I was a Physician from NM and did not appreciate the issue of paying for old chile crops. My recommendation, buy chile elsewhere.”
