“The chile was not received until the Tuesday following Labor Day. It was supposed to be received on the Friday before the long weekend. Very poor delivery planning.”

Dear Leah, I've looked at the tracking history for your order and it appears that UPS attempted to deliver your box the Friday before the holiday but you were unavailable to receive it. Based on your review, it sounds like this was not true. Please call us so we can discuss your options for a re-ship. We'll likely need to file a claim with UPS for the late delivery of the first box. “I love these things!!! It's my little treat to myself each year to get my peppers. I used to buy fresh ones and roast peal and freez them myself... What was I thinking. This is great and we love them!”
