“thank you but I had to stay on top of the tracking as it would have come to room temp if I hadn't found out the exact window of time the package was to arrive at my home; thank goodness for modern technology. It had thawed considerably but was still somewhat frozen (= about 20% ish). I think the shipping method you've used in the past with add= ing an ice pack really made a better difference.”

“I have a subscription for Big Jim medium-hot roasted chile. What a great idea to have monthly subscriptions. That way we have chile all year long. NO CHILE is like New Mexico chile! It's very affordable and comes roasted, peeled and chopped. My family loves it. It's top notch quality chile and we use it for soups, casseroles, or just plain on eggs, burgers, steak or chicken.”

“Roasted! My goodness the time it saves me. Although I do love a chile that's un-roasted. Sometimes there aren't enough hours in the day, set out the frozen chile's either the night before or even the a.m, and meal prep in the evening is on a roll! Stuff with some cheese, chop and add to chili, top a burger, green chile stew, the recipes are right here on the website, easy, fast, and hold on!! DELICIOUS!! I was given a frozen lb. pack by my boss in 2000, while living in Roswell, and I missed them over the years. Thank you all (even the field workers, roasters, peelers, office personnel, etc., etc.). so much for growing, harvesting, delivering these beautiful peppers! They arrived quickly and when you open the box it's, "How many dishes and snacks can I create with these, better buy more, this won't be enough to get me through the year, (of course I did buy more). Not regretting it one bit. Oh, I forgot to mention the handy zip lock style freezer bag the chile's are in, very convenient and easy to store in the freezer. You're the only company I have ever bought fresh and roasted peppers from, and the chili powders, I personally can't compare with others and their products. Hatch Chile's are forever mine. Thank You!
