“Chilis arrived as expected, on time and frozen. We've eaten 1# so far. All chilis in the package were in excellent shape, none were torn. The only issue I had was ordering. The website was so slow I wasn't sure I was going to be able to complete my order.”

“Was born and raised in the bayou state of Louisiana. My mother grew up in north east New Mexico and was in love with Hatch Chili. I have had friends insist on eating at my house because they loved my mother’s cooking. We would vacation in New Mexico for two weeks every year and my mother would fill the trunk with burlap sacks and come home and start roasting. Ah, the smell was a delight. I ordered the frozen hot 5lb chili and they are very good, but my mother would roll over in her grave knowing I paid $70 for them”

“After receiving chiles, I took them to the intended person and advised them to get them in the freezer immediately. They were happy to get the Chiles and I hope they will still be good.”
