“The chiles did not disappoint. I've had " hatch" before but not ones grown where they are supposed to be grown, it's night and day. Don't hesitate on these just buy them, and buy more than your thinking you want as you will instantly start thinking about how to get them in many meals.”

“So, I was back home in August and took advantage of the chile harvest this year and brought some back to SW Florida. Well, I ate all of that in a hurry and saw your ad and had to place an order. I was hoping the chile would be good since I found it to be quite expensive, but to my surprise, it was well worth the price. When you can't get it, and you crave it, the price really doesn't matter. I ordered hot green and man, it's hot! Thank you so much for sending a great product. I'll be back!!”

“Not hot at all. Very disappointed. I email Hatch but they have not responded. I am hoping there was a mix up or maybe a bad batch. I have ordered in the past and been happy but my order from Nov labeled “hot” has virtually no heat.”

“I grew up in Albuquerque so I know that good NM chile goes in everything that doesn't move fast enough. I have lived in the PacNW since 1983 and finally got myself together to get my fix from a good provider. I got five pounds of the roasted hot whole this year and when I had gone through a pound in a week on my own, I ordered another ten pounds. Some of these will become seasonal gifts but I reserve most for myself. This company sends a fine product, frozen solid when I got it and better than I would roast and peal myself. I'm a solid customer.”
