“I live in CO Springs, Co, and can never find true Hatch green chilis. Everyone sells pueblo chilis, which aren't bad, but they have a totally different taste. So I looked on line where to get some Hatch chilis, and came upon this website, so I read about it and tried it. The service is top notch, packaging 1st rate, and nothing beats the real Hatch chili taste. I am so grateful I can order these, and they are already roasted, peeled and frozen in nifty 1 gallon bags, sold in 5 1 gallon bags and shipped frozen with dry ice. It is as good as the service I get from Ohama steaks. Keep up the good work. Jon D.”

“Delivery was on time and packaging was just as advertised. Although it's on the pricey side, we understand that growing, harvesting, processing is labor intensive and the product is worth it. My brother used to bring roasted chilis from Colorado to Alabama every year. He is no longer with us and this is a great way to keep that connection with the part of the world west of the Mississippi River! I was also able to gift to a Southwest expat living in Florida! Keep it up. Your efforts are appreciated.”

“Long have I settled for jarred and canned chile from the grocery story. Fate finally smiled upon me and offered me a link to this amazing online shop where I ordered a package of roasted & peeled Sandia Hots. It arrived very fast and I immediately put it to good use. I'm in heaven over the outstanding flavor of the green chile stew I made. I'm going to be asking Santa to gift me more for the holidays.”
