“Ordered the Hatch Red Chile Sauce in medium heat, great deal for 3 pack, quick delivery. Boxed with plenty of padding to protect glass jars. Wife decided to make cheese enchiladas with this, and it did not disappoint! The medium is actually hotter than we anticipated. We are hot Chile eaters and this was right up there, but the flavor just bursts with freshness and a crisp, lingering burn. Luv it! Can't wait for more dishes!”

“I love this red chili sauce! The chilis used are so flavorful and rich. I often poor some in a small dish and eat with chips. Delicious! Just the right heat, has a kick but not too hot too slow me down.”
