“I usually order the hot chile, but I made a mistake and got the mild. The flavor of Hatch Chile is always so delicious, the heat doesn't matter. I learned to love Hatch Chile when, for years, I lived in Denver and the smell of them roasting in the open air on Federal Blvd. was wonderful. I always knew it was Spring time in the Rockies! I love Hatch Chiles, nothing else compares or comes close to their wonderful flavor!”

“I have ordered several things from hatches now and I’m really amazed how wonderful they are. Are used to get fresh roasted at the nursery in Aurora Colorado but now I live in Florida and there aren’t anyone out here roasting green chilies. Are used to love going to the nursery and smelling the bins turning roasting them. Now I found I can order them without having to take them home clean them store them so I could make things by the bushel is how they sold them. I love this and now I have my hatches green chilies back. I am very very happy.”
