“This sauce is delicious without the need for additional spices to perk it up. It is very flavorful and has a light sweetness to it that cuts the usual acidic taste that most store-bought chile and tomato sauces have. I was in a hurry to make some enchiladas and I opened a jar of the Hatch Red Chile Sauce, and I used it in place of my usual homemade enchilada sauce and the enchiladas were delicious. I will be making a Mexican pizza soon using black beans and veggies and I will use this red chile sauce in place of traditional pizza sauce. I will definitely rebuy this chile sauce again.”

“Hatch Red Chili Sauce is my absolute favorite! Love it on eggs, enchiladas, chili rellonos, and especially with corn chips. I usually go for medium salsas but in this case the mild has plenty snap.”
