“I would have liked to be informed when the package was to arrive. I was out of town and our rellenos thawed out. They were still good, but knowing when the delivery would be, would have been very helpful. A better box, with a frozen ice pack would have been a good thing too. The cheese place in Wisconsin, send their cheese in a thermal bag, with a frozen ice pack in it, all in a box.”
