“These onions are large and nice looking. Sadly they are not sweet at all. They are rather bitter. As with any onion they are just fine once cooked but if used raw a very thin slice goes a long way. I. Do like onions that are sweet and would like to support NM farmers so I’m willing to give them another chance if they can grow them sweet in the future.”
