“I had two shipments of frozen chili rellenos. Both came completely defrosted and warm. The first shipment had nothing but the chili rellenos and insulation. The second shipment, which took from Tuesday until Saturday evening at 8pm, had empty sandwich baggies and the whole shipment had gotten wet. There was insulation in it. Neither shipment was marked perishable! What a waste of $70+ ! Never again! And I was so looking forward to some good chili rellenos!”
