The UPS driver that was ultimately supposed to deliver my chiles claims he came to my door and no one answered the door. I have a security camera at my front door, and I checked to see that no one had come to my door. I got in my car and tracked the driver down a couple of blocks away. Sure enough my package was sitting in his truck. The driver had nothing to say. If these perishable chiles had to wait another day to be delivered they may have spoiled. Unacceptable!!

Need to look for another Source.. Ordered 10 Lbs..l Not sure if UPS held it to long but reporteed that 7+ LBS by scale was lost and they only gave me 4 lbs;. Hell If I Lose 7+ and as mentiioned to them some of what could saved was questinonabnle. Send 8lb.. So Shorted for sure and the delays.. The 4 Lbs showed up fast not so much for the original 10Lbs.. Looking for recomendations

The dry ice was completely melted, the frozen product was mostly thawed out, I refrozen the Chili Rellanos and am eating them anyway. The delivery person left the box on my front porch, in the sun, the product was defrosted before and that just added to it.

As for the delivery location, we have no control over where carriers place or handles packages, this is why we offer shipaid insurance.
