“ups delivery had more damage than the regular shipping I chose last year, which was fedex. I had 3% loss this year, I have never had even one pepper before this with regular shipping. Disappointed….”

Dear Colleen, We did send out an email on 7-8. You purchased Ship-Aid which is our freshness guarantee. We ask that you notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We are happy to replace orders. I do not find a record of you contacting us. Had you contacted us, we would have replaced the order on the next shipping day. “Excellent! This is something like the 5th Year but I have ordered from the hatch chile store. Being born and raised in NM but moving to a different state where they do not have the proper and correct chile is difficult. The hatch chile store solves that problem and brings me right back home to the land of enchantment!”

“Product was delivered as expected. Unfotunately, it came on a day that was extremely hot temperature wise and left on the front porch, so had to make an unexpected trip home from work during the day to put them inside so the heat did not affect them. As always, we were extremely happy with our Hatch green chilis!!”
