“I was so excited that I had signed up with this delivery guarantee. My order was not delivered and was disposed of at a shippers warehouse. The wonderful people at Hatch jumped right on it and I mean super promptly re sent it. My friend got her chilis right away. Thank you Hatch. I come back every year. My friend called and said she made red chili and she said it was the best one she had ever made. She had never ordered the red fresh. So now I have to send it twice a year. They do a wonderful job. I can't thank them for such a bang up job. 5 stars.”
