“I’m revising this review from one star to five so that it doesn’t reflect poorly on The Hatch Chile Store. They did what they needed to do to make right a problem caused by UPS’ failure, and they deserve recognition for that. UPS deserves a one or zero star rating. ((in reference to email correspondence with your support team, the one day delivery ended up taking five days and resulted in significant product loss, which I’m grateful you remedied. The replacement product arrived in two days without any spoilage or other issues. I do think you should consider dumping UPS for a more reliable carrier though.))”
