“There are so many uses for Freeze Dried Chopped Hatch Green Chile. Three of my favorites are Pizza, Smash Burgers and Quacamole. The Frozen Chili just doesn't work! Hope they soon do a HOT or possibly a RED & GREEN mix.”

“These freeze dried Chiles are great…if you don’t have the time or desire to wait on frozen to defrost, then those really fit the bill! Highly recommend!”

“Surprisingly excellent medium green chile. Only problem is that it should come in larger packs, to avoid waste and that most people would order 1/4, 1/2 or 1 lb packs. I also ordered jars of green from El Pinto which are only slightly superior. Good work guys! As Arnie said, "I'll be back". Andrew/Frances”
