“I love The Hatch Chile Store's products! Living in Ontario Canada I cannot find Roasted Hatch Green Chile of this quality at any grocer. Once their shipment arrives I can get right into my green Chile stew, add it to my pot of Posole, enjoy Huevos Rancheros smothered in roasted green / or red...........you name it. It's my New Mexico food fix.”
