“I ordered the Freeze Dried Hatch Green Chile so that my daughter who lives in New Zealand can have a little taste of home! My Dad grew up in Aztec, NM, so I grew up eating Hatch Chiles and many other kinds. I love making salsas and continued my Dad’s tradition of salsa for my kids! Any kind of pepper is very expensive in New Zealand, so it is rare to be able to enjoy home made salsa like I made for her when she was growing up! These peppers will now make it easier for her to make some spicy food that she longs for! Thank you for making them this way!
